Returns and refunds will be determined on a case by case scenario. If the item is damaged in transport or I, the maker, have made an error, please contact us ASAP so we can resolve the issue. The purchaser will have 5 days to contact us with any issues otherwise refunds or returns will automatically be denied.
Custom tumblers will take up to 6 weeks to make depending on work load. Please make sure the shipping address is correct as I cannot stop or alter shipment once it has left my workshop.
